PRESIDENT

Julie has been involved with the mechanical insulation industry since the 1980’s working as a mechanical insulator, firestopper, and fabricator. In 2015 she took the plunge and opened up her first mechanical insulation company. As the company grew and the industry changed she decided to work together with her niece Paisley to create a new company that can meet the industry’s changing needs.

CONTROLLER

After graduating from Eastern Washington University with her MBA Paisley stepped into the public sector. Working as a senior Data Analyst and a Project Manager for a public hospital in Skagit County. In early 2022 her aunt, Julie, reached out and asked if she would come on board and start a new mechanical insulation company. Paisley decided to step away from healthcare and join her aunt in creating Jewel Mechanical.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Justin joined Jewel Mechanical with over 25 years of experience as a mechanical insulation and firestop professional with experience on some of the largest and most complex projects in North America. His extensive expertise is what allows us to be a “one-stop-shop” for all of your mechanical insulation and firestop needs.
